🤝 Community Guidelines

Our goal is to build a community where movement, motivation, and respect go hand in hand. To keep this space safe and inspiring for everyone, please follow these guidelines.

1) Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, humiliation, bullying, or targeted hate.
• No hate speech based on gender, origin, religion, identity, disability, etc.
• Debate is fine — personal attacks are not.

2) Safety and consent

• Do not promote dangerous or harmful “challenges” (e.g., reckless records).
• Meetups, workouts, and group activities are always at your own responsibility — stay cautious.
• Only upload photos/videos of others with their permission (especially in private spaces or gyms).

3) Content we do not allow

• Sexual content / pornography, sexual services, or explicit propositions.
• Nudity or explicit body parts with emphasis (especially intimate areas).
• Any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance.
• Violent, shocking, or cruel content.
• Promotion of illegal activity (drugs, weapons misuse, fraud, etc.).
• Self-harm / suicide content that glorifies or encourages it.

4) Personal data and privacy

• Do not share other people’s personal data (phone number, address, workplace, private messages) without consent.
• Do not post images showing IDs, license plates, or home addresses.
• If you share location data, think twice — are you sure you want everyone to see where you are?

5) Authenticity and fair play

• Do not impersonate others or use misleading profiles.
• In challenges, aim for real data — community trust matters.
• No cheating, manipulating results, or intentionally misleading others.

6) Advertising, spam, and recruitment

• No unsolicited advertising, mass messaging, link spam, or aggressive recruitment.
• If you share your product/service, do it respectfully and only when relevant.
• Moderation may remove promotional posts if they are disruptive or misleading.

7) Copyright

• Only share images/music/videos you own or have the right to use.
• Always credit sources and use content with permission.

8) Reporting and moderation

If you see problematic content, please report it. Reports help us keep the community clean and safe.

• We review reports and take action when needed (removal, warning, restriction).
• Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or permanent bans.
• If something was a mistake, we allow appeals/clarifications.
